Aging Skin
Avoid too much exposure to the UV rays of the sun, this can do a lot of damage and can cause you to develop melanoma. Melanoma is a cancer of the skin, it invades the bloodstream and spread throughout the body. Melanoma threatens and takes the lives of hundreds of people each year.
Do not use products that contain harsh, harmful chemicals. Chemicals such as Alcohols, Fragrances, Mineral Oils, Parabens, Polyethylene glycol, Toulene, Triclosan, Dioxane. These are some of the ingredients you should keep away from your skin.
Maintain a healthy diet. A diet with lots of grease, is not healthy for your aging skin. Try eating lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits such as raspberry, strawberry and blueberries. These fruits provide the body with much needed antioxidants to help fight off the aging process and keep your skin looking younger.
Though we have no choice as to whether or not we age there are a great number of ways in which we can lessen the negative effects. Paramount is the care we take of our skin and body. Here are some of the things you will definitely want to incorporate in your daily lifestyle to help you age gracefully:
Exercise. This is very important to both skin health and physical health. Try to incorporate moderate exercise into your daily routine to help maintain some firmness.
Water: Drink plenty of water. Water help to keep your skin and body well hydrated so your skin does not become too dry.
Moistruize: Use a good moisturizer. One that does not contain any harmful chemicals and will not clog your pores.
Cleanse: Cleanse your skin properly twice daily using a product that contain natural ingredients.
Vitamins and supplements are sold as anti aging solutions. Most of them seek to replenish nutrients that the body either consumes more rapidly or doesn’t hold efficiently as it did during youth. Therefore you need to use products that are made of natural substances and will help your body to regain the nutrients it has lost over time.
